The client(s) can directly message me via email [email protected], or Discord message. Or applies through the Inquiry Form. (If you’re applying through google form, you can skip to step 2).
The client(s) will have to send me a brief information about the work that the client(s) is going to commission me, so I can evaluate if I could do it or not, and if it’s against my terms.
The information that the client(s) has to send me will be written below. (You don’t have to be exact 1-to-1 as written below, but please at least include this information).
If the client(s) has additional agreement to be discussed, please inform them in this step before making the first deposit.
<aside> ✏️
Client(s)’s Name: Preferred name to be shown on Queuing List.
Usage type: Personal or Commercial. (If you’re not sure, you can write something around “not sure” or “discussion needed.” And we could discuss it when I reached back. Or asking beforehand outside of work information.)
Commission Type: Illustration/Drawing or VTuber Model. Or if it’s aligned with any package, you can write that down.
Desire Work Style: (You can look at the work details while writing this section.)
How do you want the art to be? For colour, with line-art or without. Which colouring style. Character body type (normal, doll, or chibi). A full body or bust shot.
Or any specific package/work like character design, or character sheet.
For PNGTuber and VTuber Model Art, please write down the art style you prefer.
The client(s) can also send the picture of my past work as reference on the preferred style.
For Live2D Rigging: please write down the tier (package) you would like to have.
Details: The client(s) can write the details briefly if you want to discuss the details in person or deeper. If the work or project needs to be handled nondisclosable, please mention it and only give the information that I need to know for accepting the project. As mentioned above, the purpose of this step is to evaluate if my skill is enough to deliver the project.
Example 1: We have character design ready. She’s a female, anthro furry. Other information is nondisclosable.
Example 2: We want to commission an art for this singer (figure name) for our birthday project for him. We will post it on his birthday. (The message is attached with photos for referencing and moodboard for work’s direction).
Example 3: (Attached images of a character that clearly show the design, together with reference for the pose and moodboard for the work’s direction).
***** Please note that I’ll not copy the reference 1-to-1 because that is plagiarism.**

After receiving the message either via email. DM, or form. I’ll reach back within 14 days to confirm and accept the work, and put the name on the list “wait for briefing” (There will be no confirmed work queue until the first deposit).
The estimated time for replying is around 14 days.
While waiting for the reply, the client(s) has to tell me if the client(s) changed their mind to not hire me, or already found another artist to work on the project.
If the client(s) doesn’t receive a reply within 14 days and still wants to hire me, please send another message(s), or contact to notify me via email or Discord. (Please refrain from sending another google form response to avoid confusion).
I will contact you if I reject the project.
After receiving the form, email, or message, I’ll contact the client(s) back to talk about further information about the work to make an agreement and estimate the payment of the work.

After I contacted back and confirmed, I will request for detailed information of the work. Please specify what you want to see in the work as much as and as detailed as possible. I’ll request for details or clarification if the brief is unclear, or don’t provide enough details, to have as little misunderstandment or miscommunication as possible.
I might draw sketches to communicate as samples for confirmation on the details. I won’t charge on these sketches but the sketches will have watermarks and it won’t reflect the end product of the project. The client(s) doesn’t have the right to use the sketches from this step without my permission. If the sketch is getting too elaborate in my opinion, I’ll move the project toward the next step, and request the client(s) to make the first deposit.
(Important note: The sketches can have different styles from the end product. Please inform me if the client(s) want the end product to be close to the sketch as possible)
If the client(s) has any condition or agreement, please inform me in this step to avoid any conflicts or damage physically and mentally.
