Client(s), or you

means you, the person or people who receive the service, and hire the contractor to work on the assigned project, and fulfil the payment within the time specified by the contract.

The client(s) must be able to communicate with the contractor to give feedback and acknowledgement and must be able to provide any information needed.

This included the payor and every party involved through the pre-commission, commission, and post-commission process.

Artist, Contractor, or I

means myself, Electrixar, who receives the work hired by the client(s), has to send the progress, and has to deliver the end product within the time specified by the contract.

Work, Art, Product, or Project

means the painting, or video, or work in any form assigned by the client(s) to the artist that the artist has to fulfill and deliver.

Usage Type

Personal use

means any work which is not used for monetization by the client(s). For example, putting the project on your personal social media which does not lead to any monetization or promotion, collect for your own joy, use for role-play community, for DnD, show it with friends (which doesn’t lead to monetization) etc.

Commercial use

means any work which is used for monetization by the client(s), either as minor or major part(s), both directly and indirectly. For example, using the work for promoting any figure, both in reality and digitally, using the work for promoting a product(s), using it as part of a live stream etc.

Agreement

Upon sending inquiries, or requesting a waitlist, the client(s) have agreed to my term of service and the following agreements which are written in this document. I will not be held responsible for the consequences if the client(s) or any third parties related violated any of the agreement.
