Solid/Base Colour - Colouring without shading or lighting. Might have some gradient.
Cell-Shading - Shadow and lighting has solid edges. Don’t have much rendering to smoothen the edges, and less details.
Soft Rendering - There’s blending on the edges of shadow and lighting. There would be some painting required for the rendering

Because sometimes there could be work that is in between Cell-Shading and Soft Rendering, the starting prices for colouring works are the same. However, the quote for work which is estimated to have a lot of painting will be higher.
