Which have to be your original character or any characters that you hold the rights to use them. For example: adoptable that you have bought and have rights to use the character or design.

Please make sure you have the right in commercial uses on the design or character which will be commissioned as commercial use. I’ll not be responsible for any claims or the damage afterward if the client(s) doesn’t check this thoroughly.

If the client(s) doesn’t hold the right of the design or character, but wants to commission the work as a gift. (Such as gifting your friend or someone who knows an art of their character.) The client(s) has to inform beforehand to ensure that the said work would not cause any damage to anybody physically or mentally.

If the client(s) want me to draw character from existing IP, (including Vtuber,) please check the note about fanart in “What I can draw but not good at” section
